General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
.
You have a history of Umbilical Hernia surgery.
The pain in the area you noted is usually due to colitis or a kidney problem and rarely due to the scar of the previous surgery.

I would advise you the following:
First of all get a Physical Examination done by a General Surgeon as proper history taking and clinical evaluation does help in proper diagnosis.
As per the findings to undergo, blood, urine ans stool tests; Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen; any further tests as may be required.
The aim has to get a proper diagnosis and hence only a proper treatment can be planned.
