Reason For Pain Behind The Ears Next Day After Fall

Hi, I was sitting on the floor last night and fell asleep, then I fell to the side and hit my head behind my ear on the left side . The fall woke me up, I couldn t get up at first, I was up and my right leg was shaking. I was okay. Today I was fine but now tonight my neck is hurting on the left side. Why is it hurting? What happened when i was awake and couldn t get up?

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that you have injury behind the ear, so the internal ear would have shaken, and there is disturbabce of the equlibrium. Or there may be concusion.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
