Reason For Itching And Bumps Around Vagina And Anus?

Hello, I have a slight itch all around my vagina and anus. Sometimes I have pain when I urinate (Sometimes). Also, I have small bumps all around my vagina. I shave my vagina everyday though. I have really bad discomfort. Please help me what could this be???

thank you for query.it is due to repeated shaving .it may be folliculitis .please use topical antibiotics like fucidin or silverex daily till it subsides.do not cut the hair too short .ingrowing hairs can cause it.You wear loose cotton clothes.do not sit for long time.see that there is no friction or irritation.You can use analgesics like brufen if needed. if necessary oral antibiotics are needed.Consult doctor if does not subside else You can get back directly to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist.
