Reason For Increased Cholesterol And Triglycerides

I have high cholesterol and increased triglogrodes at 280. Although urea and thyroid and blood sugar are normal and increased BP. I am having lifestyle precautions and medicines. But i feel my head is spinning or like unable to focus properly. Please suggest is it because of chelostrol or something else

There are several causes from Ear / reduced blood flow ti brain / postural hypotension / anaemia etc
See an Internist / get yourself examined / investigation may be necessary...
