Dear sir you are facing drug induced hypotenaion.your blood pressure is dropping with antihypertensive medicine ( olmetec 40/25 ). That's why u are feeling lethargic, weak. Just stop the medicine temporarily and monitor ur blood pressure morning once and evening once daily for a week. Then consult the physician with blood pressure readings.
