Reason For Headache, Upper Arm Pain, Neck Pain Despite Normal Tests?

Hello I am a 29 yr old female, with in the last few years I have been experiencing symptoms of dizziness, confusion and breathless (tight chest) with left upper arm pain.. Extreme fatigue and body weakness. The last few months symptoms are getting worse and been to PCP, who then sent me to Endocrinologist... Had CBC, ANA, RA, had a ACTH procedure done last week and everything seems to come back fine, went to the er last year during symptoms and everything they did came back fine.. Been to cardiologist and did stress test EKG looked good, going back next week for echo test....(I do have SVT, had that since middle school I believe). My neck has been bothering me for a week now and Tonight I experienced regular symptoms of arm pain, dizziness But also something new my left cheek went numb/ tingly for a min or two... Now just feel completely drained with slight headache and upper arm pain ( collar bone armpit area)...my endocrinologist said I should go back to my PCP for answer but my PCP sent me to them cause they couldn t figure it out. I m getting so frustrated and feel weaker everyday, and having a 2 and 5 yr old who I can t do anything with anymore is frustrating :-(

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have with all the normal tests are likely to be due to a muscular pain. This can be related to wrong body posture or physical stress. Taking oral muscle relaxants will help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
