Reason For Having Two Pimples On Labia Minora After Spotting
I have two pimples that appeared on my labia minora a week ago after I was spotting blood for half a day. I wiped the area to hard and tried squeezing the pimples so not it hurts when I urinate because of urine passes overs the pimples. What could my issue be?

It could simply have been an irritated region, due to friction or shaving or various other causes as well. But if you did squeez it and result in bursting it, then you have made this region susceptible to infections and will have to be looked at, at the earliest.
In the meantime, apply warm compresses and take sitz baths with epsom salt. Hope this helps.
