Reason For Feeling Bloated After Eating?

I feel bloated after I eat, even a small amount. But the bloating is just below my rib s. I also only poo once a week but I m taking 2 laxatives (orange flavour sachets) a night.... I am on a lot of medication but I ve only been like this for 2 months now and been on meds for 3 years.... I do have IBS possible crohns but not verified. Please help..

You have history of constipation for more period of time so irritable bowel syndrom may ruled out.
In irritable bowel syndrom frequency and consistency of stool is alter. Bloting of stomach may occur. Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.

Lack of fiber in diet and inadequate fluid may cause constipation problem.
Intestinal obstruction may ruled out.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Complete blood cell count, sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
