Hi thanks for contacting HCM... You have infrequent blood in stool which is somewhat brown colour .... So mostly it is not coming from anus or rectum in which blood fresh red coloured . So here blood can be from lower intestine or upper GI bleed. ... It can t said firmly that cancer is there .... You need to investigate with colonoscopy or edoscopy like investigation with subsequent biopsy .... And sent for histopathological examination... Histopath examination will reveal cause and treatment done accordingly .... If cancer detected than treatment option could be from chemotherapy or surgical excision.... Avoid excess stress ...
