i was wonder i had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend yesturday and when i woke up this morning i started bleeding - i am on the pill and on not due to come on my period until 2 weeks, i was wondering if you could tell me what this means when you bleed the next day after sex.

hi,bleeding after sex could be because of some kind of erosion or abrasion caused t sex when the female is not fully aroused or it can also be breakthrough bleeding while on the pill due to hormonal imbalance,so there is nothing to worry.continue with your pill as usual.all the best take care.
