Raw Sensation In Clitoris, Irritation, Blood Blister. Is It A Dangerous Sign?
Two days ago I started my period and today I had a slightly raw feeling on my clitoris, which sometimes happens because of the pad irritating the skin. However when I went to the bathroom and had a look at it I can see a dark almost blood blister looking thing that looks like it is coming out of the top right side of my clitoris.

Hi, as you have correctly described it appears to be the boil, due to the bacterial infection. Don't try to pinch it other wise there will be swelling and cellulitis with severe pain.

I think the best way to sort this out is to personally visit a gynecologist. Your doctor will examine the area & will give you a probable diagnosis.
It could be a polyp or may just be a blister formed due to irritation. Rarely, it may represent a growth or an infection.
