Rashes On Neck, Shoulders, Chest And Sides, No Itching, Taking Benadryl

two days ago i got a smooth rash on my neck, shoulders back and chest and sides, no itch but looks like a sun burn .. i was taking these pills from a 7 day cleansing kit i bought from gnc,, could that be why i got the rash? im taking benadryl and its almost gone but i was reading all thes things on line that have really terrified me to death,, please let me know you opinion on this.

Hi nonitchy rash in the sunexposed area can be milaria or just photodermatoses.use of vitamin c daily once and application of calamine lotion in the morning .flucort cream in the night along with loratidine daily once can cure the condition.if still present go for a application of sunscreen in the morning
