Rashes Developed In Blister. Fair Amount Of Blood While Passing Stools. What Could This Be?

Hi, My brothers 4 and last week he had a rash on his bum which he complained it was sore and uncomfortable. then last thursday it went red raw and had what looked like blisters. Also for the past month we noticed that when we wipe his bum after he poos there is a fair amount of blood and he stays it happens everytime he goes to the toilet. Whats wrong with him?

Hello,

Flesh blood during defecation is due to lower GI blooding.

He may be suffering from Fissure in ano or hemorrhoids.

He needs a Per rectal examination and colonoscopy for diagnosis.
