Rash On Foot, Spreading, Itching. Any Ideas?

I have a rash that started on my right foot and then to my left three days ago, it is exteamly itch and has now spread to my back (random places) a little on my inner forearm , and one spot on the back of my hand..the itching is driving my crazy and I can t seem to find an answer to what it is. We just went to a minnute clinic and the RN there said she had no idea what it was and that I need go to a regular physican. Any ideas??

thanks for posting here.
you appear to have a fungal infection.
take oral antifungal like fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks.
Apply topical antifungal like terbinafine cream.
If it still not improves consult a dermatologist.
