my son who will be 4 next month had really bad abdominal pain this morning,about 3 hours after he had the pain he came out in a rash along his rib cage,then an hour later the same rash appeared on the right hand side.it is like a red rash with pin prick marks under it,i took him to my gp and she said she wasnt sure what it was so she just put it down to viral. but I would like a 2nd opinion, what do you think it could be?
