Rash All Between Thighs And Balls. Red, Bumpy, Itchy, Stings. Suggestion?

For the past few days I have has this angry rash all over between my thighs and my balls. Its red, bumpy, itchy, and it stings terribly. I can't even sit without it bothering me. I've tried everything from baby powder and ointments but its only getting worse. I can't see a doctor because I have no insurance. What do I do????? Please help

Hi,
It seems that you might be having fungal infection on breasts and in between thighs as these are the common sites of this infection.
Apply anti fungal cream.
Take oral tablet of anti fungal like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
take Cetrizine or Benadryl for itching.
If there is super added bacterial infection go for one antibiotic medicine after consulting your doctor.
Keep local part perspiration free and clean.
Ok and take carte.
