Random Onset Of Severe Cough, Bloating, Tiredness, Painful Knots On The Back. Cause?

I randomly got a bad cough , I ll cough all night and I cough up mucus 70% of the time.. This started randomly I don t really have a stuffy nose but it ll be a little stuffy at night.. What could this be Im also a little bloated and tired all the time. Another thing I have some knots in my back that are getting very painful they affect other parts of my body and ache a lot randomly.
