Random Onset Of Itchy Red Bumps On Skin, Ease With Claritin. Likely Causes?

Hi, I get pea size red bumps on my skin and they appear their own or my skin starts to itch and then the bumps show up. Some times they go away on their own after few hours and if I take Claritin they go away. No one else in my family has it and my skin is not dry and bumps are not filled with any liquids. It started in November.
