Putting On Weight Frequently. What Should I Do?

Hello, i am single 36yrs old. Heigt 160.I m not a snack person. I only eat 2 or most 3times a day with cautious portion. Because i notice i am easily get fat so i tend to care what i eat. During this 3year i m gaining 10kg even i am eating and living healthy as possible. I do yoga . Yr 2009 i m 56/57kg. Now 65kg. I am wondering does it got to do with my health? Or i m lacking activities? This 6months recently i m not working and do nothing much at home. Do i need to get medical tested?

Are you suffering in any long term disease? Is your Menstruation cycle in trouble? - Please inform

- Reduce Carbohydrates and add addition Protein from Soy Isolates in diet
- Avoid excessive stress in Home / work place . Take rest 6-7 hours
- Boost anti-oxidant level of food in your diet with fresh green fruits, vegetable
- Use Omega-3 Fatty Oil
- Use 5-6 liters of water per day.
- Practice Yoga to intake fresh Oxygen in your body
- Associate with positive minded peoples
