Puss Leaking, Red Bubble On Earlobe At The Pierced Site. What To Do?

My ears were pierced at one point but they closed up,a few years ago I pierced them again and started stretching them with gauges,there was always a hard little ball in my earlobe and it just popped,now my earlobe has a puss like substance leaking from it and there's a red bubble on it as well,what is it and what do I do?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
This type of infection is very common due to unsterile condition.
In my opinion take antibiotics + anti inflammatory drugs ( as an OTC ) .
Wash with concentrate savlon lotion twice in a day.
Apply local antiseptic cream as povidone .
In my opinion you will get complete relief within 4-5 days .
