Pus filled bumps on scalp, itchy. Reason? Cure?

My wife gets these pimple-like, fluid filled but occasionally pus filled bumps on her scalp . When they come up it is usually itchy around the area for a day then next morning she ll find a single bump and when she scratches/squeezes it, it pops but usually does nothing but have clear fluid come out. Every once in a while they will be pus filled, similar to a white-head pimple. She is 21 years old, has mild-moderate acne on her face and mild acne on her back. She is also diagnosed with excema and weighs about 150 if that matters.

Hello, your wife is suffering from follicultis. It is an infection of hair follicles. It may be due to decreased immunity. For the cure of disease, she should be investigated to find out internal disease.. Give her heavy oral antibiotic for 15 days with anti inflammatory drugs. To increase immunity give her vitamin C , zinc, levamisole tab. , If there is anaemia, give her iron, folic acid. If there is internal disease, treat accordingly. Wash the scalp with savlon solution daily at bath. All this should be done under supervision of competent dermatologist. I hope for fast recovery ofyour wife ..Best wishes.
