Pus cells in sperms, low sperm count, quantity. Low sex drive. Suggestions?

hi i am 27 year old. i am suffering with pus cells in my sperms. i got married 5 years ago... i don t have any children because of this reason... and also my sperm quantity and life is very short... my sperm quantity is less than 15 percent... during these 5 years ... always reports show me that my sperm are full fill with pus cells..... so, have you any solution for me.... o!... lastly i wanna say one more reason .... now becoming days i am losing my sexual power very fattest ... also for your information ... i am very fat man... my weight is almost 120 kg.... i am big chain smoker..... but no drinker,,,,, so please suggest me some good treatments for my next life.... i am very tankful to you.... regards.... your Patient....

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are over weight for your age and has problem of loss of libido and your semen analysis done repeatedly revealed presence of pus cells in semen.
This is due to either infection of the seminal vesicle or Prostate.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation This can be cured by taking antibiotics for long time.
As regards the sperm count following general measures will help you to increase the sperm count and increase the libido( Desire for sex).

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
5) Reduce your weight.
