Infertility Specialist Dr. Abhishek S. Parihar's  Response
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Few physicians consider 5-6 pus cells in semen as normal and few treat it for infection. It ll be ideal if you go for semen culture and sensitivity test and start treatment according to the results and sensitivity. Treatment of infection will further improve your semen parameters. take care.
