Pulsing sensation in stomach during periods, severe cramps. Chances of pregnancy?

Hello , How are you this morning? My question is that this morning i noticed something very unsual happening and that is my stomach was moving like there is a hearbeat, but i am on my menstration and my tubes have been tied. Can i still be pregnant. I have been feeling really weird lately like something isn t right with me and before i started my menstration my stomach was cramping alot.
