Pulsating Vein On Left Side Of Head Just Near Neck. History Of Vertigo. Treatment?

Hi Ive been experiencing this pulsating feeling at my left head. Its really disturbing. Is this really dangerous? Ive had severe vertigo attack last year( spinning feeling and vomiting ) Could this be related to that..Im so worried about this pulsating vein in my left head just near my neck . Thanks for the help..By the way im 29 years old.
