Pulsating Sensation In Knee, No Twitching, Tenderness On Pressing. Serious Symptoms?

I have a pulsating feeling in the knee area (inner). There is no pain and it is not twitching. I thought it was due to recently working out again, but the pulsation is continuous. When I press on the area it feels tender. I can feel the pulsation also when I press on it. I am concerned it is something serious. I have had this occurring for the past few days.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi thanks for the query.
From the complaints the pulsating region near the knee could most probably be the haemangioma (Swelling composed of blood vessels)". I advise you to consult a vascular surgeon first and if necessary Orthopedic surgeon who can advise you further treatment.
