Pulsating Pain In The Right Side Of My Neck Between My Colar Bone

I'm having pulsating between my colar bone and the right sied of my neck as if my heart is beating in my neck This morning I woke up with a pulsating pain in the right side of my neck between my colar bone. It felt as if my heart was beating in my neck. What is this?

This could happen because increase in the heart rate that is known as palpitation.What you are feeling is the carotid artery pulsation.Try to measure your pulse rate,if it is high this sounds true.See your doctor and at-least get your bp checked.
