Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic
I can understand your situation. I appreciate your effort to seek online support.

As per your details, you are possibly having somatic features of anxiety/depression. For this consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. Following treatment strategies would be helpful-

1) Antidepressants/anti-anxiety like SSRIs (escitalopram, sertarline, paroxetine), Benzodiazepines (clonazepam, alprazolam, lorazepam etc)
2) Psychotherapy/Counselling sessions
3) Relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, deep breathing etc

Hope it helps
Good luck

u can take stresnil 0.5 mg in the night for a week. if it persists, pls follow-up.

breathe out through ur mouth slowly as many times as possible. relaxation is the key whenever panicky feelings arrive. u can also go for a long walk in a park or a religious place.
