Pulled Something In The Groin Area Possible Inquinal Hernia. What Could This Be ?

Hi I pulled something in the groin area (left side) possible inquinal hernia . I was riding my horse he made sudden stop turning to the left and I went right I felt a serious something at that point. Anyway I have after two days major bruises in that area. I have and ultra sound scheduled tomorrow hopefully its a torn muscle or less.. What do you think? AAAA
