Pulled Calf Muscle While Playing Tennis. Iced It. What Else?

Hi. I pulled a calf muscle playing tennis 5 days ago. I ve iced it and foam rolled. Each day has gotten better. Today I noticed my ankle area bruised. I also have a faint green vein going up my leg but in the front of my leg. Not the backside. I ve been doing light activity. I ve continued to foam roll and I ve stretched it. It doesn t really hurt, just still a little tight in one spot. What else should I be doing and is the bruising, etc. normal?

You might having calf muscle strain. Ice fomatation is good for it.

You also give some rest to your leg, muscle relaxants & anti-inflammatory drugs.
