Puffy Feeling On Eyelids, Strained Feeling, Tingling Sensation On Neck. Treatment?

I have a puffy feeling on my eyelids...right eye. And it takes a bit more time than my left eye to focus while reading. I have a strained feeling on my right eye. I have a bit of tingling sensation on my neck towards the right ear. I have my exams coming up and I can't read for long as the puffy feeling on my right eyelid as well as the tingling sensation on my neck increases as I read.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The reason of your symptoms is due to eye strain.
Kindly follow this and the symptoms will definitely improve

1. While reading or studying, take break every 20 minutes for atleast 2 minutes. Focus and see a distant object more than 20 feet away. It will relax your ciliary muscle and reduce stress on eye.
2. Massage your eyes for 2 minutes every 2 hours
3. Drink plenty of water
4 . De-stress yourself
%. Have a good sleep

Visit a Ophthalmologist for refractive error correction if any
