I am psychologically disturbed i was with one girl who used to love me more than any thing in the world. Suddenly she left me with out my mistake. I lost my interest on life no proper sleep and food from past 45 days. She is willing to marry other than me i have been begging her to be with me. I life got sucjed now my job is in problem cause i am nt able to concentrate on work continious thoughts and her memories are killing me almost crying everyday i am more attached to her. You will be my last option to help and for my survival

-Ventilate your feeling to some close family member or therapist.
-You need to accept reality in present and look forward in life.

Cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and other forms of psychological counseling will help. It is pointless to think about her when the other girl is not interested in you.
