Proper Diet For 7 Months Old Baby
my baby is 7 month old and he will only drink cowsmilk, i have tried every other milk possible. will he be ok if i feed him plenty of food with iron in it?

It is absolutely fine if you start giving him supplementary feeds along with Breast Milk. Do not stop feeding him Breast Milk. Get regular well-baby checkups.

Hi, lynn ,if the milk is coming from trusted source and in packed form,it is o.k.Do not bother much about iron content.I hope you are breast feeding your child.You can give vegetable soups and fruit juices also which are very nutritious.bye and take care.
