Progyluton Made Period Regular, Finished Course, Facing Problem Again. What Should I Do?

Hi, I m Lenny, age 42 my problem is not the normal menstrual cycle. I already eat progyluton the given by doctors for 3 times (3 months), during menstruation progyluton eat regularly but when I finished my 3 meals irregular menstruation again. What should I do for my menstrual cycle regular basis each month.

The menstrual cycle tends to be eratic in woman between 40-50 years of age, as its peri-menopausal age. The periods occur less frequently.
If other pelvic pathology is ruled out, there is no cause of concern and also no hormones are required.
