Increased sweating can be seen in a lot of conditions like certain infections like Tuberculosis
, certain disorders like Lymphoma
, brain disorders, low blood sugar
, alcohol consumption etc. This sweating occurs at night. These need to be ruled out by your Doctor.
Avoid spicy food, smoking, drinking alcohol. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily.
Consult your Doctor and get your lymph nodes examined as well as get a sputum test if you have cough and recent weight loss
Wishing good health.
