Increased sweating can be seen in a lot of conditions like certain infections like Tuberculosis, certain disorders like Lymphoma, brain disorders, low blood sugar, alcohol consumption etc. This sweating occurs at night. These need to be ruled out by your Doctor.
Avoid spicy food, smoking, drinking alcohol. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily.
Consult your Doctor and get your lymph nodes examined as well as get a sputum test if you have cough and recent weight loss.
Wishing good health.
