Problems Maintaining Erections While On Back. Should I See Doctor ?

I am a healthy, 43 year old man. I live a very active lifestyle and have been, up to this point, very sexually active with my wife. I am now experiencing problems maintaining an erection, mostly while on my back. I have not had any medical issues other then a pretty bad lower back from time spent in the military. Is this something I should go see my doc about or is there something over the counter I can take?

Hello
Thanks for your query based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem in maintaining erection when you are lying on your back (Prone Position) which otherwise is normal in supine position.
This could be related to your back ache that you have since couple of years.
Please consult qualified Orthopaedic surgeon to resolve your back ache problem .
You may try pain killers like Brufen which is available over the counter.
