Sexologist 's  Response
Hi there !
I can sense that you are worried especially with your marriage happening soon.
I will agree with your physician that your problems appear to be of psycho-sexual in origin. In simple terms, I will say that the mind is a far bigger sexual organ than the penis. It seems like fears after having ejaculation while watching porn has started your problems.
After marriage, my advise is that you should not rush into penetrative sex, but, to enjoy each others company in bed and engage in plenty of foreplay.
Do let me know if you have any further queries.
Good luck with your marriage preparation.
