Hi !
From your history it appears that you are suffering from chronic constipation. It could be due to your lifestyle or eating habits.I would suggest you to include a fair share of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet and also follow a regular physical activity schedule to facilitate easy bowel movements. You can also take a laxative preparation containing isabghol for a short period.Take care that it should not be taken for a prolonged period as there is chance of upsetting your regular bowel movements. You would require a detailed evaluation if the symptoms persist.

Hi, many thanks for the query!
You should get physically examined for P/R examination by your doctor.
It seems that you are having fissure, once confirmed, start stool softners first, because hard stools cause mechanical trauma to anal mucosa.

Locally apply lignocaine jelly for pain relief as pain causes excessive spasm of the anal sphincter muscles, tight anal tone, so inability to pass stools & further constipation.

Sit in a tub containing leukwarm water, so that
anus is dipped in it, 4 times in a day.
Eat high fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water.
Take antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, Vit. C preparation with
your doctor's opinion.
Get your Hb, CBC done.
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Regards.
