Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The limited information provided is not sufficient enough to arrive at an appropriate conclusion...
You have not said what exactly is the reaction...
You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age

The only option is to stop the medicine for the time being
You must go back to the doctor / get yourself examined / investigated if necessary...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
