Problem In Sleeping At Night.

I can?t sleep at night since the past few weeks at all. No time to go and see a doctor also- I am so sooooo busy. I tried sleeping pills for a few days and they worked- but someone told me it is not good to take them for too long.

Talk about stress and sleeplessness! I have the same problem man. And I don’t want to pop medicines for it on any ones advice. I try having a warm glass of milk and reading a book and counting sheep- a combination of all these helps on some days.

Don’t chumma take medicine. Watch aastha channel every day. That baba Ramdev has fantastic yoga I tell you. Try that da it really is fantastic. And it will definitely help you calm mind and rid of stress.

First i would suggest you to stop taking pills,u might get addicted with that.If the sleeping problem persists, u need to seek help for rather than keep waiting for someone to help.

Hi, i've had insomnia for a while now and have to take pills in order to sleep otherwise i'm up all night just with my thoughts......... and believe me that can be worse then not sleeping so if i were you i'd continue with the pills but maybe take less and less until you are off them.... my pills are for another problem of mine but they also help me sleep.

Dear Manoj,

You have not described any problems you might be having due to lack of sleep. You have only mentioned that you can't sleep at night, and that you are too busy to visit a doctor.

I would infer that you have a lot of work to be done. In that case, sleeping less might actually help.

So, please describe your problems if you want some answers. Lack of sleep is not a problem in itself. If I was given a God gift of staying fresh and energetic as ever without sleeping, I would never sleep!!!

Hope you got the point.

your sleeping problem may be due to Anxiety, Stress or any illness-find out associated symptom-Headeche,fever,anywhere pain in body.If associated symptom then check with physician. In your History, you are taking sleeping pills. it is not permanent solution. If you have stress , try to solve your stress by your own efford or consult kowledgable person to solve your problem. At evening eat less and during sleeping time take warm milk.Probably small tip might helpful to you.do some meditation.
