I ve had problem the last 2 days passing a full stool . Just small dribbles. Just now I had a milky white substance show up with a small stool. What s the problem

I can understand this, it could be Giardiasis, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicine,
1) Tab Tinidazole 500 mg twice in day for five days
2) Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day
