Privine Nasal Spray Worked Well Without Irritating Sinus Membranes. Any OTC Which Is Equally Effective?

Hi,
I have been using Privine Nasal spray for sinus congestion. it worked wonderfully and did not irritate the sinuses as many other decongestants do. I have been just made aware that this product has been discontinued and cannot be found anywhere. The active ingredient is Naphazoline Hydrochloride. Do you know of any over the counter product that works as well with little or NO irritation to the sinuses membranes???

Thanks for using health care magic. I read your query and I believe the self medication should be stoped as this causes more harm. nasal decongestants if used for long time may worsen the condition. i will suggest you to consult the E.N.T specialist and start the treatment. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more queries.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
