my younger brother who is 13 has a pricked his ear and a symptom called excoriation of the floor left ear has occured.
the doctor has prescribed an antibiotic named clavam 375 to be taken 1 tablet each thrice a day for 7 days
but the dosage for adult is written as 1 tablet in 8 hour diiference
i just feel the dosage is high for him

what is his weight as dose of medicine is dependent on weight on the person taking.adult dose is 625 mg three times daily .
