As you are having blood in urine, there is possibility of persistence of urinary tract infection
or rarely there could be urogenital fistula.
You didn't mention about your bowel habits. If you are having any constipation
etc., better to get treated for it.
So you better consult your gynecologist, get examined, go for ultrasound
and urine microscopy to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatment accordingly.
