Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion you need to have a thyroid profile done to rule out thyroid diseases as in hyperthyroidism you will have the same symptoms with weight loss. If you were my patient I will rule out thyroid diseases first and then I will go for an ultrasonography to rule out internal pathologies. Thank you.
