Pressure In Head, Panic Attacks. Detected Possible Tension Headache. Possible Brain Aneurysm?

Hi, i have been suffering with pressure in my head for at least 1 week, its feels like im going to collapse, its the last 2 months i have started getting panic attacks out of no where, i am scared as i dont know what is causing the pressure!! I have to my doctor 2 times and he doesnt think its anything but tension headaches, im scared about a brain aneurysm!! I am 23 years old and i smoke

Hi,

Based on information I do agree with your physician its seem like a tension headache. But if you still want to rule out the doubt of aneurysm you need an MRI of brain to check it. I still do not think their is need of one.
