General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The pressure in the back with stools coming out sideways may indicate possible issues with muscle aperture of the external anal sphincter.

* Pop in the lower back may be altered calcium levels or other neurologic disturbances while burning urinating is part of urinary tract infection.

* A detailed case evaluation with thorough history, physical examination including per rectal evaluation and necessary radiology testing is mandatory to proceed for the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
