I think you might need a complete regular review, in case you have not been having one. Testicular tumors
are easily spread to the lings and the bones. It could be very necessary to therefore get a chest X ray
m bone Xrays and bone scans depending on the case. Doing a serum Alkaline phosphatase
test shall tell the clinician of the cancer has spread to the bone also or not. I suggest you get a complete clinical review. Other tests shall be added or deducted based on the results of a good initial clinical review.
