I had developed pressure in ear while travelling in aircraft. The pressure still remains and at times its difficult to hear. Today I tried blowing the pressure out by blowing nose slowly till it pops out of ear, my head suddenly started spinning so badly and I fell down. after 20 secs I was normal but pressure still is felt. may I know how to deal with this pressure in ear

hello rakesh
The condition you described develops because of poor Eustachain tube function (Tube connecting middle part of ear and back of nose). Which normally open and closes and maintain middle ear pressure same as outside pressure.
If It does not function properly like In flight during take off and landing the pressure difference outside and in middle ear is not maintained .
To maintain its normal functioning we always advice to chew or yawn during take off and landing.
You must make a note that never blow nose towards ear, as the infection behind the nose may reach upto ears .
spinning sensation could be because of the pressure and fluid filled in your middle ear.
you must consult ENT specialist to confirm you do not have barotrauma which occurs because of such negative pressure in ears.
You can take
Decongestant tablets
Decongestant nasal drops.
before flight.
Chew and swallow while take off and landing.
Prevent water from entering in ears.
Get well soon.
