I am 24 years old and have had on and off pain around my right ovary . There is constant pressure like pain and a about a week ago the pain was so intense it dropped me to my knees and the pain worsened the more I moved. It lasted about 10 maybe 15 minutes and then went away. Now, along with the pressure, I can feel air like bubbles moving around. Is this possibly an ovarian cyst?
